The International Bluegrass Music Association announced their 2021 nominees during a press conference at Nashville’s historic Station Inn on Tuesday, July 20th. Michael Cleveland, the IBMA’s most awarded fiddle player with 12 wins, is once again a final nominee in that category. Additionally, he and Flamekeeper are nominated for Instrumental Group of the Year, an award they’ve won six times. The IBMA Awards will take place on Thursday, 30th in Raleigh, NC.
